Not meant to scare people away. This ride is a faster paced ride, with as little stopping as possible. The idea is to build endurance, strength, but still have enough in the tank to chat but push yourself.
Typical ride length is 30km in around 2hrs.
Typical Ride loop: Kens, North of 20, Steves, Wheel hill, Lollipop, Some simcoe, ridge, New trail backwards and Hill trail backwards.
